The calculators
Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser. It isn't sent to this site or anyone else, and it isn't saved.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't use tracking pixels or adverts.
Counting visits
To see how many people use the site, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts things like which pages are viewed, roughly which country visits come from, and the type of device and browser. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything on your device, doesn't identify you, and doesn't follow you around other websites.
Fonts and icons
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. Google's privacy policy explains how it handles that.
The WhatsApp and Facebook logos on the share buttons are Font Awesome icons (free licence, CC BY 4.0). They load from jsDelivr, a free public file service, which receives your IP address when they load. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp or Facebook unless you tap one of those buttons.
Hosting
The company that hosts this site may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure.
If you email me
There's no mailing list and nothing to sign up for. If you email me, your message and email address are only used to reply to you. They're never added to a list, sold or shared, and they're deleted when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email [email protected] to do any of these.
If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
